The Operations team builds and runs our internal IT systems taking care of all the data and integrations after the customer has purchased on our website. Our Team of Operations Developers code and optimise our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and build interfaces for external software systems and partners. Our Business Analysts constantly keep connected with the business and review what requirements we need to help keep our digital efficiency at the heart of what we do.

 The team is also responsible for working with “big data” and data visualisation on various dashboards across the business. Dashboards that help us make key business decisions.
