Our People & Culture team are supporting our business as trusted business partners working across all aspects of our team from recruitment and onboarding to payroll and performance, career development, recognising and celebrating our team and everything in between! Our People & Culture team go above and beyond to support our most valuable asset - our team.

Strategy.

Kogan.com’s Strategy department is responsible for establishing new lines of business, providing high level support to the partner care department including stewardship of partner relationships and carriage of partnership matters of strategic importance, executing the company’s M&A activities, as well as other key business projects.

Partner Care.

Our Partner Care division is responsible for working with our Partners in all verticals to enhance and grow our current partnerships, in day to day management. Activities include: maintenance of relationships with key account executives with partners, review of call centre performance of partners, negotiation of offers to ensure accelerated growth in customer numbers and profitability, resolution of issues impacting performance, coordination with Kogan Marketing team for promotional activity.
